A one-time subsidy on your utility account.

We're pleased to help residents apply for a utility relief subsidy. The Utility Relief Program is funded by the City of St. Albert and administered by the St. Albert Community Village on behalf of the City. It is a one-time subsidy, credited directly to your utility account or deposited to your bank account.

How it works

The details that matter.

Eligibility

You must have lived in St. Albert a minimum of six months with a fixed address, and be the home owner or lease holder. All members of your household must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

Income thresholds (CNIT)

Individual with no dependents $43,500 · Couple with no dependents $51,500 · Couple/individual with 1 dependent $63,500 · with 2 dependents $72,000 · with 3 dependents $75,000.

How to apply

Confirm your eligibility, complete the application form, attach the supporting documents on the checklist, and submit it to the Utility Coordinator, St. Albert Food Bank and Community Village, 30, 50 Bellerose Drive, St. Albert, AB T8N 3L5. You'll be notified by phone or email once reviewed.

Deadline

Applications must be received no later than December 1 of the program year.
